Pines on Main Condominiums

The Pines on Main Condominium community is a condominium environment designed for the empty nest couple and the retiree seeking a streamlined lifestyle. These condominiums are designed to be accessible to a wheelchair and can be converted to full ADA accessibility. All primary living spaces are on one level. The second level contains only a guest room and guest bathroom. The site development is a tight borough type community of 452 residences. The concept is intended to reinforce a sense of the codependent community desired by retirees. Additional on-site parking is tucked into the landscape to minimize the impact on the character of the community. The shell is the same on each residence to standardize construction. Within the shell, two floor plans are available. To lend a diverse character to the community, five optional facades were designed to be staggered along the street front. The buildings are wood frame with brick veneer, vinyl clad wood windows, and asphalt shingle roofs.
