Dubailand, United Arab Emirates
The Al Kaheel Park is a modern world class development created with an international design team specializing in architecture, equine architecture and recreational facilities. The Al Kaheel project comprises a site which extends over approximately 9.1 million square feet and is dedicated primarily to the celebration of ‘the Horse’. Al Kaheel is designed to be a working horse farm and educational theme park dedicated to man’s relationship with the horse. Strategically located in the heart of the desert in Dubai, the homeland for the Arabian horse, the park is a world class international horse leisure park and attraction, built to the highest standards and encompasses a wide range of equine activities, including leisure, educational and entertainment activities. This facility will be the largest and most complete equine center in the Gulf region and will cater to the ever growing equine activities that are being promoted in this region and to service the expanding tourist and leisure population. Al Kaheel Horse Park will feature over 500 horses representing 60 different breeds at work and at play, as the horse is showcased through daily presentations, as well as a weekly renaissance-style horse fair that offers an opportunity for anyone to enjoy a hands-on experience with the horse. Al Kaheel Park will be home to the world’s first state-of-the-art interactive museum and virtual reality rides designed by the foremost developer of museums and theme parks in the world. Also unique to Al Kaheel Park will be the innovative and user-friendly “Meet the Horse Pavilion” where horse lovers with any level of experience are introduced to horses and horseback riding in a very safe and controlled environment.
