The Cheddars concept is designed as an exquisitely detailed dining environment for investment franchise duplication. For over 20 years the design has been refined for efficiency in operations as well as comfort, while maintaining its original concept charm. Central to the concept is family dining that is reinforced in both its dining rooms as well as its culinary offerings. This franchise concept is 8,800 SF and seats 367 with its alfresco dining patio. In the process of refinement of this franchise we have developed 28+ Cheddars in 11 states for both corporate owned locations as well as several franchise holders.
